Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing The Silent Patient Kindle Edition from Inkwell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your digital reading experience.

1. 30‑Day Return Window 🗓️

You have 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase to request a return.

Because this is a digital product (instant download link), eligibility is slightly different from physical goods:

  • To receive a refund, you must not have downloaded the file, or you must provide proof that the file is corrupted or unusable.

  • Simply changing your mind after downloading is not eligible for a refund (due to the nature of digital goods).

If you experience technical issues (e.g., the download link doesn’t work, the file won’t open on your device), please contact us immediately – we will help you resolve the issue or issue a full refund.

2. Non‑Returnable Situations 🚫

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You have already downloaded the file and simply no longer want the book.

  • The file works correctly but you do not like the content (we cannot refund based on taste).

  • The purchase was made more than 30 days ago.

3. How to Request a Return 📧

  • Your order number

  • The email address used for purchase

  • A brief reason for the return (technical issue, wrong file, etc.)

If your return is approved, we will refund your payment to the original method within 5‑10 business days. You do not need to ship anything back – the download link will be deactivated.

4. Damaged or Corrupted File 🛠️

If your ebook file is corrupted or won’t open on your Kindle app/device:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of download.

  • Include a screenshot of the error (if possible).

  • We will send you a fresh download link. If the issue persists, a full refund will be issued.
