📦 Order & Delivery
How do I receive my ebook?

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. The link is typically delivered within minutes (often instantly).

What if I don’t receive the download email?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it within 30 minutes, contact us at kyle1989_335@outlook.com with your order number – we will resend the link manually.

Do you ship physical books?

No. Inkwell sells only digital ebooks. Nothing is shipped physically – you receive a download link by email.

Is the ebook available worldwide?

Yes. As long as you have an internet connection and a compatible device (Kindle app, Kindle e‑reader, smartphone, tablet, or computer), you can download and read the book anywhere in the world.

📱 Device & Compatibility
Can I read this on my Kindle device?

Yes. The file is formatted for Kindle (MOBI/AZW3). You can transfer it via USB to your Kindle, or use the “Send to Kindle” feature.

Will it work on iPhone / Android / PC?

Absolutely. Install the free Kindle app (available on iOS, Android, and Windows/Mac) and open the file from there. You can also read directly in your web browser using Amazon’s Kindle Cloud Reader.

Do I need an Amazon account?

Not necessarily. You can download the file and transfer it manually. However, using the Kindle app or “Send to Kindle” service requires a free Amazon account – but the file itself is DRM‑free for personal use.

🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30‑day return window. Because this is a digital product, we can only refund if you have not downloaded the file, or if the file is corrupted/does not work. If you have already downloaded it and simply changed your mind, we cannot issue a refund (digital goods exemption).

What if the file is corrupted or won’t open?

Contact us within 48 hours of download at kyle1989_335@outlook.com with a screenshot of the error. We will either send a fresh working link or issue a full refund.

Can I return the book if I don’t like the story?

No. Refunds are only for technical issues (corrupted file, wrong file format, etc.). We cannot refund based on personal taste. Please read the sample or reviews before purchasing.

Do you offer refunds for accidental purchases?

Yes – if you haven’t downloaded the file and you contact us within 30 minutes of purchase, we can process a refund. After that, standard policy applies.
